What we do

Magento Logo

Magento

Magento is an open source framework for building ecommerce websites. We have more than 12 years experience in building websites using both Magento 1 and Magento 2. Today, Magento is one of the leading frameworks for everyone who needs maximum flexibility for online businesses as everything can be accomplished to suit any business needs. Magento is a great choice for an out of box multi website, especially because it can be multilingual and multi currency.

The biggest online sites we created are built with the Magento 2 framework. We have implemented specific integrations with various ERP systems /SAP/ Salesforce, etc., and created custom payment methods. To keep code consistent and compatible with core code we follow proper Magento technical guide, and we find this very important.

Pimcore

Pimcore is an open-source platform for PIM, MDM, DAM, CDP, CMS, Ecommerce. Our founder and senior developers started working with Pimcore in 2014 (version 2). We have lots of experience integrating Pimcore for our clients with their systems - Magento 1 and 2, Shopware, ERP and CRM. Most of our clients use Pimcore because it has flexible functionalities and UI, so they can create classes, data structures and UI structures without any coding skills. Our work starts when creating custom components, permissions and integrations for our clients with the external systems. Most of our clients are using or have used Pimcore PIM and DAM.

Pimcore is developed primarily using the Symfony framework, along with AngularJS and ExtJS. It also leverages other technologies, such as Elasticsearch, in different parts of its architecture.

Compared to other similar systems, Pimcore stands out due to its open-source nature, which allows extensive integration possibilities with various systems and technologies. This makes Pimcore suitable for complex and diverse environments. In contrast, other similar platforms tend to have a stronger emphasis on e-commerce integration.

Symfony

We utilize Symfony in the majority of our projects, and we have been using it since its 3.0 version, provided it meets the required criteria.

Leveraging Symfony grants us the capability to construct a wide range of applications, from simple console apps to large-scale REST APIs, providing us full control and the ability to create standalone software when necessary. Our recent focus has been on developing robust and scalable APIs that seamlessly interact with various platforms, enabling us to construct extensive web ecosystems that work collaboratively while remaining independent entities.

Symfony is a highly popular open-source PHP framework that offers a comprehensive collection of reusable components and tools for constructing web applications. It adheres to the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern, empowering developers to effectively organize and structure their code.

Symfony stands out due to its modular architecture, enabling developers to selectively choose and seamlessly integrate specific components into projects. This inherent flexibility ensures that Symfony can be tailored to suit a diverse range of applications, catering to the needs of both small-scale websites and large-scale enterprise systems.

The framework's commitment to best practices, modularity, and flexibility has contributed to its widespread adoption and success within the PHP ecosystem. It places great importance on code standardization, providing a solid guideline for developers to follow. Moreover, Symfony's modular nature has become the foundation for many modern PHP web frameworks, solidifying its influence in the realm of PHP web development.

PWA

Our experience with PWA started 4 years ago. Since then we have worked with Magento PWA studio, Vue Storefront and created our own solution (ZS Shop built with Nuxt.js and Symfony as middle layer) to help our clients with their specific needs.

PWA, short for Progressive Web Application, is a web-based application that combines the features and functionalities of traditional websites and native mobile apps. Its purpose is to deliver a smooth user experience across various devices and platforms, including desktops, smartphones, and tablets. One notable feature of PWAs is their ability to store data locally, enabling offline functionality and allowing users to access previously loaded content even without an internet connection.

PWAs have gained popularity by bridging the gap between web and mobile app experiences. They offer several advantages, such as increased user engagement, improved performance, and broader compatibility across multiple platforms.

One of our recent projects was developing a PWA for an ecommerce website. The goal was to provide users a native mobile experience while significantly reducing the site's loading speed, as the original site was built using Magento2.

VueJS

We have been utilizing Vue.js since version 2, leveraging its features to build UIs for applications of varying scales. Vue.js excels in handling smaller apps by reducing the amount of code required, while also providing a structured and reusable approach for large-scale applications and UIs. Its flexibility allows us to seamlessly integrate custom components and implement functionalities tailored to our specific requirements.

Vue.js is a versatile JavaScript framework renowned for its ability to construct user interfaces (UIs) and single-page applications (SPAs) in a progressive manner. It stands out as a "progressive" framework because it seamlessly integrates into existing projects and can scale from simple UI enhancements to comprehensive application development. Vue.js combines the best practices and principles from Angular and React, resulting in a standalone JavaScript framework that offers powerful features.

One of Vue.js' notable strengths lies in its capability to break down UI elements into smaller, reusable components. These components can represent anything from individual data elements to substantial portions of the UI. This modular approach enhances code reusability and makes it easier to manage and maintain UI structures. Additionally, Vue.js incorporates a concept known as the "virtual DOM", which represents the web page in memory. This virtual representation allows Vue.js to efficiently track changes and selectively update only the necessary parts of the UI. In contrast, traditional web applications often reload the entire page when a user performs an action, resulting in a less efficient user experience.

In summary, Vue.js empowers developers to create UIs and SPAs in a progressive manner, offering the flexibility to scale projects incrementally and efficiently manage UI updates. Its modular component architecture and virtual DOM implementation contribute to a streamlined development process and enhanced user experience.
